first prepare the garlic, onion, soy sauce, spring onion, pepper, ginger. There is no specific quantity, you can decide how much each ingredient you like to use.
next, chop the ear into tiny cubes like these and start grilling until they are sligthly brown
if they are already medium brown, you can now add the remaining ingredients. ( i forgot to take a picture)
