How to cook picadillo (ground beef dish)
This is one of my family meal-time favorites...a fusion of Philippine & Spanish dishes...enjoy!!!

INGREDIENTS
Gather all your ingredients. 😃😀😄
Chop up your garlic, onion & tomato...(Sazón seasoning will be an added ingredient...)
Dice up your potatoes into small bite size pieces...
Warm up oil in large pot...
Sauté garlic & onion. 🌟Tip: always start off sautéing garlic first, as it is more dense than onion. Don't let it burn and sauté onions until opaque in color...
Add tomatoes...add Sazón seasoning...
Stir it up well...
Add your ground beef and beef bouillon cube at this time...
Add Garlic Powder...
Add Oregano...
Add Sea Salt...
Add pepper...
Add Adobo seasoning...
Add olives & mix all ingredients well...
Add potatoes...
Mix all ingredients evenly...
Add tomato sauce...
Add water, cover and let it simmer...
Add a few Bay leaves for flavor, mix well and continue to simmer over low heat...
Well done!!! Serve Picadillo dish over Spanish or white rice. Yummy! 😍
- 2.0lb Ground Beef
- 3.0 Potatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 3.0 Garlic
- 1.0 Tomato
- 1.0 Tomato sauce
- 1.0tsp Garlic Powder
- 3/4tsp Pepper
- 1.0 Goya Sazón seasoning
- 2.0 Goya Adobo seasoning
- 1.0 Beef bouillon cubes (Maggi)
- 1.0pch Oregano
- 2.0 Bay leaves
- 6.0Tbsp Canola oil
- 1.0tsp Sea salt
