Name: How to cook phyllo dough fish filet
Ingredients: Fish filet; 150.0g Shrimp; Phyllo dough; Shallots; Lemon juice; Olive oil; Ricotta cheese; Chives

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Prepare all ingredients. Mix the ricotta cheese and chives
Put olive oil around the filet ( both sides)
Add the cheese, and cut the shrimp into pieces. Add the shrimps on top of the cheese.
Add phyllo dough
Put in the oven on a cooking sheet at 390F for 20 min
Et voila!
It goes great with rice!
 Fish filet
150.0g Shrimp
 Phyllo dough
 Shallots
