Ok, so you need to know the ratio of rice to water, plus the three types or rice. Youve got short, medium, and long grain. The short ratio is 1 cup of rice to 1 1/4 cups water. Thats what im using
Medium grain rice is 1 : 1 1/2 Long is 1 : 1 3/4 Thats rice to water ratio Also preheat your oven to 375 with the fan on, or 400 for a non convection oven
Combine your rice and water in the proper ratio. I had 3 cups of rice, and this is short grain, so 3 3/4 cups of water.
Bring to a hard boil
Put a lid on it and stick it in the oven. For 17 minutes!! Exactly. Come to think of it, ive never used this with a conventional oven. Lemme know how it works! Should be alright at 400
Take it out. Let it sit for 2 minutes with the lid on!
Take off the lid and fluff. Done!
