Preheat oven and make er hot
I like rising crust zaa's but any will do.
For gods sake take off any wrap that may be protecting the zaa
Stick it in and be careful not to burn your hands.
Looks good but you've got to wait.
Patience is a virtue, one must be one with oven to obtain maximum results. The pizza will let you know when it's ready when you are mindful.
Been about 25 minutes, take er out.
Let the zaa cool a bit so the toppings don't slide off when you pick up the slice (note that the author is not responsible if for impatient chefs that burn their lippy)
Should look like this magnificent beaut
Hot sauce it up. I prefer sarachi but this franks BBQ will do in a pinch.
Dig in and enjoy. Be proud of yourself and what you have accomplished.
