Gather ingridients
Boil half a pot of water
Get one whole onion
Cut of the tips of the onion and peel top layers
Cut onion in half
Finely chop
Add oil to the pan and heat it up
Put the onions on the pan and stir
Put 500 grams of penne pasta in the pot once the water is boiling
Add salt to the pasta and very lightly stir in patches over the course of cooking
Once the onions are semi see through add beef mince to the onions, chop mince and mix
Now add pasta sauce with some extra water
Once the pasta starts boiling turn the heat to low and simmer
Continue to stir the sauce and the pasta add salt, lots of basil and medium amounts of coriander to the sauce.
Thinly slice 6 baby tomatoes and stir them into the sauce
Drain the pasta in a colander and grate some cheese
Plate up and enjoy!
