First the onion.
Then the garlic, salt, and pepper.
Lastly, cauliflower and olive oil.
Toss and spread the cauliflower out over the pan.
Place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees farenheit.
After about half an hour sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and roast about 10 minutes longer.

- 4.0 Thyme sprigs
- 4.0 Unpeeled garlic cloves
