Coat chicken in lemon juice. I soaked frozen tenders in lemon juice and water, and left them the the frig overnight.
Dry and pound thick part of chicken with a meat tenderizer till they are about the same thickness
Flour in a plate...
Mix eggs and fresh ground pepper in another plate
Panko (or breadcrumbs) and Parmesan cheese...in another plate
Coat chicken with flour
Heat oil to medium heat and fry 4 minutes on each side
- 1.0lb Chicken breast or tenders
- 1.0 Lemon
- 2.0Tbsp Flour
- 2.0 Eggs
- 4.0Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 0.0c Breadcrumbs/Panko
- 2.0Tbsp Oil
