Prepare your helperπππ
Mix refrigerated (overnight) stale bread
With milk
Eggs
Sugar
Salt
Vanilla
Food coloring
You may choose to puree your mixture in a food processor
Cook in medium heat, until it thickens
Wrap it (id prefer cling wrap), place it in the fridge for an hour.
Next step, prepare the dough, mix all purpose flour
1 packet of yeast
Warm water
Oil
Knead for 10minutes until dough is soft and smooth
Let it rest for an hour
Roll dough 10-12inch rectangle
Get your chilled pudding
Place the pudding in the middle
Wrap it with dough
Get your egg glaze
Brush it with egg glaze, i decided to use the yolk as well coz i want the dough to be a lil crispy outsideππ
Pierce with holes using ur fork
Place on baking sheet, seam side down, then brush it with egg glaze
Pierce using fork again
Let it rise for about 30mins
Set oven temp to 400 degrees F
Bake it
For 20mins
Almost done
Let it cool down for 10minutes
Slice it then serve itπππππ

- 3/4tsp Salt
- 2/3c Warm water
- 1.0Tbsp Oil
- 2.0c Flour
- 1.0 Fleischmann's yeast

- 1.0 Half fan of stale bread
- 2.0c Milk
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1/3c Sugar
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Vanilla
- 2.0tsp Red Food coloring
- Egg Glaze
- 1.0 Egg White
- 1.0tsp Water
