Add a little bit of water just like in the picture. Add water till it cover the oat
Put it in the microwave for 30 sec
It should be like this almost the water gone but a little bit left
Add one egg
Half tsp of baking powder
Mix it/ stir it

Rapeseed known to be the best and healthy oil. You can use olive oil or any oil you want
Just a little bit. Half spoon maybe wait for like 30 second on low heat or medium till the oil move quickly on the pan
Add the pancake mixture. Spread it on the pan cook for 5-6 minutes sometime I cook it more than that.
Cover it for quicker proses. Around 5 minutes each side
If you shake the pan the pancake will start moving that's mean it's ready to turn it on the other side. Be carful
I like it to be almost burned on the other side to make it crunchy
Ready to eat. Better with Greek yogurt and blueberries. Blueberries known of fast recovery from exercise.
What a healthy breakfast. The drink is avocado with milk and banana
