I chopped the kale spouts, onion, and mushrooms. Added it to the raw turkey, mixed well, then added the BBQ teriyaki sauce. I used my hands with gloves. I find it to be the best method!!!

About a teaspoon in each wrap. If you can fit more, do so! Seal the ends with water. Just dip your fingers. I let them site maybe 10 min before coking to ensure a hold.

Medium-high heat with a teaspoon of olive oil (instead of vegetable). Allow the pan to get hot. I covered for a faster cook. About 2 minutes per side. I let them sit on paper towels for excess oil.

This dip is straight up (light) soy sauce (less sodium) with green onion and sesame seeds for garnish. I lightly dip min for my taste bids! Look online for other sauce combos! I just keep it simple!
