Basic ingredients
Finely chop onion, green chilies and spring onion
Sauté onion and green chilly for two minutes in low flame
Add cleaned prawns
Add spring onion, dry mint, lemongrass and rosemary. Add a salt for taste
Add Barbeque sauce
Stir fry in high flame for five minutes
Slice boiled potatoes, tomato and cucumber. Mix with mayonnaise, tartar sauce,cheese spread and salt to prepare salad.
Serve hot
