Make sure your oysters are free from any shell fragments, do not wash them as you'll lose their lovely juices, if you don't like the idea of using your fingers a basting brush will be fine.
Make a slurry out of salt and water and place in tray putting oysters on top. Thinly slice your bacon and place a small amount into each she'll, top with roughly a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
Place under a hot grill until bacon is crispy and delicious.
Serve with some lemon if you wish. I find it easier to keep them in the tray - adds to the rustic charm :)
