STEPS
INGREDIENTS
These are the ingredients I used (just whatever I have at home). You can try using different FRUITS & NUTS. You can also substitute MILK with YOGURT (or mix both)
•Pour 1/3 cup of uncooked old fashion rolled oats in your mason jar *You can also add 1-1/2 spoons of Chia Seeds (optional)
• chopped your almonds. * can also use any kind of nuts (or even mix it!) • suggestion: walnut, almonds, pistachio (If allergic to nuts can just skip this step)
• chopped apples into small pieces (I'm makin apple cinnamon) • you can use multiple fruits that you like • Suggestion: berries, strawberries, peach, mango, banana, raisins
Pour 1/2 cup of milk in the jar (adjust according to your taste) • if you don't like it thick simply add more milk. • You can use YOGURT instead of milk (or mix between both)
•Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of honey (depends on how sweet you want it to be) * You can also substitute honey with sweetener/ maple syrup / fruit jam
•Mix / shake everything well •Let it rest in the fridge overnight (Dont worry, the raw oats will soak in the milk & become moist & cooked)
• The next day, take it out from the fridge and eat it straight away! • You can also MICROWAVE it to enjoy it hot. • Top it with fresh fruits / fruit jam / choc syrup etc BE CREATIVE ;)
