INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: 1kg frozen peas, 3 spring onions, 2 onion cloves, tbs of butter, tbs of olive oil, tbs chopped thyme, 1 1/2 cups of arborio rice, 5 cups of chicken stock and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
Pre heat oven to 180c
Put the peas in a pot of boiling water then cook until soft 1km of frozen peas - 640 calories 54g protein 8 fat 7.6g carbohydrates
Once cooked place peas in drainer over the sink
Split peas into two bowls
Mash one bowl with a potato masher
Put butter and oil in pot on low temperatures Tbs of olive oil - 119 calories 0g protein 13.5g fat 0g carbohydrates
Add spring onion 3 spring onions - 21 calories 1.8g protein 1.2g fat 3.3g carbohydrates
Add rice to pot so they crisp up for 5 mins 1 1/2 cup of arborio rice
Add chicken stock and pot contents to a pan 5 cups of chicken stock - 60 calories 4.75g protein 1.45g fat 7.55g carbohydrates
Cook for 30 minutes
Add both bowls of peas
Add cheese 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese - 180 calories 18g protein 12g fat 2g carbohydrates
Mix all together then cook for another 5 minutes
