Cake comes out moist and tender, could try using more rum... I only had a 1/4 cup.

  • 2.0tsp Baking powder
  • 1.0 Rind of orange
  • 1/4c Spiced rum
  • 4.0Tbsp Melted butter (used Earth Balance spread)
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 3/4c Fat free milk (over the moon)
  • 3/4c Sugar
