Heat oil in a wok and put 3 cloves of garlic largely chopped
Wash and strain the water spinach
You can buy this weird looking stuff at the asian grocery store. It makes this dish taste unique! Don't be scared!
Mash up 3 cubes of it into a small bowl and pour into the veggies and stir
Add 1 tablespoon of soysauce and stir.
Ready to serve in 5-10 minutes!
