Dice de potato
Rinse the potato cubes
Cutting the onion 1/3
Cutting the onion 2/3
Cut the onion in the third direction
Slice the garlic
The first part finished
Break the eggs into a bowl
Beat the eggs
Add a little salt
Warming the oil, you can choose sunflower oil
Cooking slowly, without toast the onion. Medium fire
Add potatoes and the garlic when the onion is almost made (soft and transparent)
Mix everything
Add salt and pepper
When the omelette is set i.e. cooked more than halfway throught, cover it with a large plate & invert thr pan in one quick movement
Gently slide inverted omelette back into the frypan to finish cooking. Around 3-5 minutes.
