Dry roast quick cook oats on low flame for 3 minutes
Measure and place semolina and rice flour in a dry bowl
Ground the roasted oats finely using a food processor or mortar & pestle
It should result in a fine flour
Place that into the bowl
Add all ingredients except oil.
Mix it well. You must mix the batter each time before pouring onto crepe pan.
Ladle one spoon of the mixture onto the crepe pan. Press the ladle on the centre of the batter gently and in a quick movement move clockwise once .now the batter will spread thinly.
This measurement yields approx 6 crepes
Cook both sides

- 1/2c Quick cook oats
- 1/4c Semolina flour
- 1/4c Rice flour
- 1/2c Water
- 1/2 Large onion diced
- 1.0 Green chilli diced
- 1/4in Ginger grated
- 1.0Tbsp Curry leaves
- 1.0Tbsp Corriander leaves
- 1.0tsp Cumin seeds
- 2.0Tbsp Greek yoghurt or sour cream
- Salt to taste
- 1/4tsp Cracked black pepper
- Vegetable Oil
