INGREDIENTS
chop onion almost 5 .. I'm going to add almost 2 at start and 3 in second process
mutton
cut into smaller pieces
1 tomato for first step and 2 for second
ginger paste ... I make home made paste cubes
garlic paste.. home made paste cubes
Now in a pressure cooker add mutton 2 onions chopped 1 tomato chopper.. garlic .. ginger.. and now start adding your spices... 1 tsp salt or slightly more for 1 kg chicken.. mine was less
red chili powder
turmeric powder
coriander seed powder
add water almost 2 glass and let ut cook under pressure.. check after 8 min of 1st whistle if mutton is not properly cooked then again cook under pressure for 5 min.. n repeat process until cooked..
here it is.. cooked
now add oil and start cooking.. when all its water is evaporated then continue cooking with addition of smallll amount of water intermittently when u think it's necessary.. cook for about 15 min

take oil in pan
add remaining onions and fry them until light brown.. now add tomatoes and further cook until tomatoes change their color.. sorry forgot to take pic
now to onion tomato mixture add your previously cooked mutton.. note>>previous step onion and tomatoes will make gravy and 2nd step onion+tomatoes will make content
add fresh yoghurt(1cup) in 2 - 3 portions
add 1 tsp ground chili
add parsley and green chili
add lemon juice... tip >> don't add lemon juice at start... otherwise your mutton or any kind of meat will take mote time for getting properly cooked
mix
at the end .. add garam masala
serve with chapati/roti/pita bread/naan.... as u like :)
