To clean the mushrooms push the top skin from the bottom up with a dry cloth. A very thin layer will concentrate at the top.
All the dirt is been removed and our mushrooms look handsome! To handle waste more efficiently I set an organic trash bowl next to me.
Sauté the onion first and then add the garlic until the onion is clear. Remove items and set aside. In the same pan add the sliced mushrooms. Avoid over crow them and cook them in batches.
