Ingrediants

Melt butter.

Add mushrooms. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove 1/2 cup of hot broth.

Add egg yolks to 1/2 cup hot broth.

Add egg yolk / broth mixture stirring constantly. Add milk, salt, and pepper.
Let mixture re-heat but do not let boil.

Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot!
