Here has a Special Supplies,next to the sunflower oil,thats rice alcohol(make meat smells better),you can get it in Asian market
Cut them like so,then put 2 spoon rice alcohol to the chicken here,mix it,set it there for 5mins
Warm the pan,put oil over the bottom,with medium heat fry the ginger and green onion for 5sec,then put the chicken in,till the chicken turn to white
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce,add salt,sugar,(depends on how much you have it here),but here I put 3 spoon salt n 3 spoon sugar
Add a bit warm water (it should be warm water or spoiled water,for keep chicken soft )
Now put all your mushroom and paprika,you don't need to add extra salt or sugar
With a lid and Low heat cook it,around 5mins
