Alive mud crap
Use a knife to chop on the back of the crab.Divide the crab into 4 parts and seperate two big claws
Ingredients: Chicken stock to make to paste Ginger and shallot thinly slice Xo sauce( 1 spoon) to enhance the flavou
Sprinkle a little bit of corn flour over the mud crab and deep fry them into hot oil
Put aside the crab and use another saucepan add a bit of oil, stir fry the finely chopped garlic
Put the crab back to hot sauce pan and pour the paste all over the top, adjust the ingredident to suit your taste
This is my favourite veg choi sun so just my preference to put it as an extra
Can add some Chinese egg noddle at the bottom of your plate and pour the crab with sauce on top
