Dissolve butter
1 crushed garlic

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mushroom broth
Green onion
After cooking 8 minutes on medium/low heat pore to first pan
Mix
Add fish
Mix fish with sauce gently
Cook on low 7 minutes
