1st- Combine your soy sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame oil, water, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2nd- Add your chicken wings and let it marinate for a couple of hours for maximum flavor.
3rd- Add your Rice Flour in a bowl.
4th- Lightly bread your chicken on all sides.
5th- Add your chicken wings to a hot and oiled skillet.
6th- You wanna add your all your chicken to the pan. And then turn down your heat to medium high.
7th- You're going to want to keep flipping your chicken wings to ensure even cooking is on all sides.
8th- The chicken wings should take about 20-25 minutes to be fully cooked. Keep checking as you go though just to make sure.
9th- Once the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer the chicken wings to a plate with a paper towel to drain the oil.
10th- Once it's cooled down, serve immediately to you, family, or friends!
