Chop the parsley

Add everything to the bowl As you go, such a simple recipe!

The olive oil and mix
Cut your beef into bite sized portions
Add meat to marinade and coat
Make sure you soak your skewers at least an hour in water so they don't burn!

Thread your kebabs. Meat veg, meat, veg and meat and veg! The way you want is up to you! Should look something like so! Once done add remaining marinade over the kebabs and in fridge at least and hour
Preheat grill and pull the kebabs out while its heating, cook 7-9 minutes turning frequently they came out to a wonderful medium
- 2 pounds beef of choice! I used tri tip
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
- Zest one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon corriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 table spoon onion powder/ flakes
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 bell peppers diced
- 1/2 large red onion diced
- 30 white whole mushrooms
