Mash a little bit more (although still having some whole beans in there gives it a good texture!) before dividing the mixture up. I made 4 BIG burgers!

Pat them down into patties. You can either freeze them for another time, or cook now! They only take 4 or 5 minutes each side in the oven at 200*C.

Serve them on a bun with plenty of sour cream, guacamole and salad!

  • 2.0 400g tins of kidney beans
  • 100.0g Breadcrumbs
  • 1.0 Egg
  • 1.0 Squirt of ketchup
  • 4.0tsp Chilli powder
