Cook Meatloaf Faster!!


Preheat oven to 425•

Ground beef in a bowl with a mixing spoon chop up the meat, you can use your hands, but it's a little messy.

Add one egg and mix.

Drain the can of rotel and mix in with meat and egg.

Add a little salt and pepper, and if you like your food really seasoned put just a little of your own seasonings! Mix well!

Add onion soup mix. Mix well! May have to use your hands at this point!!

Sprinkle a layer of bread cumbs...mix...sprinkle another layer...mix!

Scoop mixture into an ungreased (it makes it's own grease) muffin pan! YES a muffin pan!

I used one 6 muffin pan and it made two batches, so if you have a 12 muffin pan that will work great!!

Set timer for 25 minutes!! Soo quick!!

Oh my goodness delish!! And everyone has the own serving!!
