Julienne the vegetables first



And then obtain a brunoise


Shred the cheese



Heat some oil

Brown the garlic lightly

Add the onions,

You can blend the duxelle before adding it to the meat

Mix the two kinds of meat

Season the meat with salt, pepper and cumin

Two tablespoons flour

Dissolved in some water

Put everything in a bowl... Eggs, flour, carrots, the blended mixture and the cheese

Mix the ingredients

Grease the pyrex with butter

Place the mixture in the pyrex

Make a mixture of tomato paste and ketchup

And pour it on top of the meatloaf before baking for 1-1 1/2 hr

Wash the potatoes

Get thin slices

Grease the pan with oil or butter

And place the slices keeping them together

Mix melted butter with salt and pepper

Add ground garlic

And herbs

Pour the butter mixture on the slices and bake for 1-1 1/2 hr
