Heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion and cook for some time .
Add turmeric powder , Chilli powder and salt cook for some time .
Add veges I always have a mixture of frozen veges just add them. U can also add fresh chopped veges to it and leave it to cook.
This is boiled porridge. Boil as per normal but without sugar or milk just in plain water u can also use oats or corn porridge.
Once the veges r cooked add the cooked porridge. Stir for some time and serve
- 1.0c Porridge oats cooked
- 1/4tsp Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onions
- 1.0c Veges of yr choice
- 1.0tsp Cumin seeds
- 1.0Tbsp Oil
