How to cook masala porridge (dalia)

Porridge is healthy this is just a different way of having it.

Add veges I always have a mixture of frozen veges just add them. U can also add fresh chopped veges to it and leave it to cook.

This is boiled porridge. Boil as per normal but without sugar or milk just in plain water u can also use oats or corn porridge.

Once the veges r cooked add the cooked porridge. Stir for some time and serve

  • 1/4tsp Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onions
  • 1.0c Veges of yr choice
  • 1.0tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1.0Tbsp Oil
