How to cook mars puffs

Preheat the oven to 160-170 degrees Celsius, also grease a tray. Then cut the minis Mars bars in halves.

Cut squares to fit a piece of the Mars bar into the middle, then fold over so it makes a triangle

Use a fork to stick the edges together. Make sure you turn it over and do the other side also.

You can base them lightly with the egg yolk to make them a golden brown or you can leave them as is. It doesn't matter either way

Cook until lightly golden brown.
