How to cook mama's corned beef & cabbage for st paddy's

I'm clearly Irish, so this was kind of obligatory. Ridiculously easy, and so, so good with fresh horseradish!

Add your hunk o' meat to a pot o' water with the spices.

Chop your onion and throw it in there too. Bring everything to a boil. Then, turn the heat down, cover, and simmer for two hours.

After two hours, things should be smelling pretty good! Chop up your potatoes and carrots and throw them in there.

After a half hour, cut your cabbage into quarters and lay it on top of everything. Cover, and set a timer for 15 minutes.
