Make masala paste with a mix of ginger, garlic, pudina, dhaniya and green chilli Use 1tblspoon of masala for this preparation.

Heat paneer and 2cups of hot water in microwave. Separate water and paneer (water will be used for curry)

Add three tablespoon of oil (for 250g of paneer)

Cut 2medium onions and add to saucepan. Add cumin (1/2 tsp)

Add masala that was prepped earlier. Then add haldi, chili, jeera, Dhaniya (1/2tsp) garam masala powder (1/4tsp)

Add salt and sugar (1tsp each)


Ad paneer and mix

Add water depending on consistency

Add milk 1 small cup (mix and match consistency of water and milk)
