Prepare all the ingredients. Chopped garlic cloves. Chopped onions. Diced carrots. Sliced chicken. Chopped shiitake mushrooms.
Add butter. Add garlic, onions to stir fry. Next, add chicken. Followed by mushrooms. I added some parsley and oregano flakes.
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot. Add a chicken stock.
Add 1 cup of evaporated milk.
Stir thoroughly.
Add the carrots.
Boil your macaroni with a pinch of salt.
Add the 3/4 cooked macaroni and stir well.
Serve your pippin hot macaroni!
