Ingredients

Step one - cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water, until 'al dente'

While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan

Add the plain flour to the melted butter. Stir for 1 minute over low heat

Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir until the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Drain pasta ,return to pan

Take sauce off heat and add grated cheese than stir

Add cheesy sauce over pasta

Top with parsley and enjoy 😊
