Chop the almonds into small pieces

Melt the butter

Mix the ingrediens: First anise, sugar, egg whites and almonds. Then add butter and flour. Mix again.

Place a thin layer of dough on baking tray. Each cookie should be 10cm in diameter. One bowl equals 9 cookies.

Place in oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.

Eat together with a hot cup of coffee. Enjoy :)

  • 1 teaspoon of grinded anise
  • 20g flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 125g cane sugar
  • 125g almonds
  • 25g of butter
