Heat oil in a pan, add sliced garlic.
Add chili flakes to the pan. You may add more or less depending on how spicy you want it.
Add chicken breast pieces (boneless, skinless) that have been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Squeeze juice of one lime and add some chopped cilantro to the pan.
Cook well on both sides. It us done when the chicken releases juices.
