Clean your shrimps

Take shells off and clean out black lining of intestines


Clean radicchio

Chop in small pieces

Add to hot pan with olive oil

Add a drop of white wine

Add radicchio to your bisque

Mix together

Take your lasagna pan and start with a first layer of bisque and radicchio

Add a layer of fresh pasta which has been boiled for 20 seconds in hot boiling salted water and made cool down in cold water for 30 seconds. Add your shrimps

Make a layer after another till edge of your skillet

Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius till it turns a golden color
