Cook Lasagne With Artichokes and Seabass

INGREDIENTS

Prepare your artichoke. Please check how to make fried artichoke guide to see how to clean one. Put in pan with oilve oil and garlic

Add some white wine and cook on low flame till you stick a knife in it and it goes in smoothly

Add some cold water

A pinch of salt

Meanwhile clean your fish and have it ready in small pieaces. I used seabass

Get your cooked artichoke and chop it up
Meanwhile boil potatoes and peel when ready. Chop in slices and keep ready for lasagna

Get your pasta layers ready by cooking them in salted boiling water for about 20 sec and then put in cold water

Add first layer of bechamel sauce (check guide how to make bechamel). In this bechamel sauce I substitued milk with the water from the artichoke cooking in the pan

Add a layer of fresh pasta

Another layer of bechamel

A layer of boiled potatoes

A layer of artichokes

A layer of seabass

So on till the border. Put in preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 15 min till brown


Add a sprinkle of parsely and serve. Buon appetito

- 100.0g Fresh pasta (check guide)
