Pre soak the chickpeas over the night and change the water a few times.
Grate the onion and tomatoes.
Fry the onions with two tablespoons of oil
Add the meat and spices. Cook until the meat's colour change.
Add the tomato paste
Stir and let the tomato paste's colour turns red.
Add about two liters of boiled water
Let the mixture boil
Then turn the oven on low heat and put the lid back
When the meats and chickpeas are cooked, wash potatoes and put it into the stone pot.
