Here are my ingredients

Tenderise the Lamb so it marinates better

Mix Rosemary and Brown Sugar on a plate

Cover the lamb in the marinade

Slice oranges finely and smother in Balsamic Vinegar

Let Lamb rest and then Barbecue for 10 minutes
