Cut all ingredients to bite size. Drain and rinse beans set aside. Sautée the veggies until soft. Add beans and then add chicken stock and wine. Add Tomato sauce and Chilis. Add all spices and herbs.

Let cook on Medium heat for about 10 mins. Add half cup of water while cooking at medium. Then cook another 20-30 mins on low or until beans are tender. Serve with a nice slice of Italian bread.👌🍞

  • 2 cans of White Kidney and Romano Beans
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce or 4 tomatoes cut
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 red onion
  • 1-2 garlic gloves
  • Few leaves of Basil and Parsley

  • EVO around the pan to sautee
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chilli Pepper Flakes
  • Oregano
