Deep Fry them in hot oil till they are crispy.

Remove in a bowl add to it some chat masala and toss well. Chat masala is a masala you can get in indian stored easily . If you dont have chat masala u can use rock salt and dry mango powder to it

  • 250.0g Bhindi (okra)
  • 1/2c Corn starch
  • 1.0tsp Chilli powder
  • 1.0tsp Cummin powder
  • Oil to fry
  • 1.0tsp Chat masala
