Slit the bhindi (okra) as shown in the picture
Dust the okra with corn flour, chilli powder, cummin powder and salt . Dont add water to this . Leave it for sometime corn flour will absorb some moisture.
Deep Fry them in hot oil till they are crispy.
Remove in a bowl add to it some chat masala and toss well. Chat masala is a masala you can get in indian stored easily . If you dont have chat masala u can use rock salt and dry mango powder to it
- 250.0g Bhindi (okra)
- 1/2c Corn starch
- 1.0tsp Chilli powder
- 1.0tsp Cummin powder
- Oil to fry
- 1.0tsp Chat masala
