Chop onions. Like in the picture.
Chop cabbage. Small pieces like the onions.
Cook onions and cabbage with salt to taste and paprika to taste until transparent.
Add ground beef and cook it through.
For the dough: Put flour on big container. Pour oil in the middle.
Put yeast on a small container, add sugar and hot water. Let it sit for 10 min. It has to look like this.
Add yeast mixture to the flour and add salt to taste. (1tbsp.). Add the water.
Mix the ingredients to form a manageable dough and stretch it. Not to thick. As shown on the picture.
Cut exact squares
Fill with the stuffing. To close it, just bring the four corners to the center.
Preheat oven to 400 F and cook for 30 min or until golden brown. Tip: I painted the Piroks with beaten egg to give it that shiny finish.
