Kovakai (Ivy Gourd)

Finely chopped tomato
Finely chopped onions
Heat the pan
Pour Oil
Once the oil is hot then add mustard seeds and wait for it cracks
Add urad dal and dried red chilli
Add garlic if you like
Add onion and garlic and sauté gently
Then add curry leaves and sauté
Then add add finely chopped tomatoes
Sauté well
Then add kovakai (Ivy Gourd)
Mix it well
Then add chilli powder and turmeric powder then mix it well
Add salt to taste
Mixed well
Sauté the well
Then add salt
Add little water to cook kovakai (Ivy Gourd)
Sauté little
Hmmm cooked
