These are the veggies used
Heat the vessel and pour 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Add mustard seeds
Add cumin seeds
When they pop out, add the onions
Add a little salt so that the onions will turn brown easily
Add garlic
Sauté until it becomes brown
Then add chilli powder
Add turmeric powder
Add coriander powder
Mix well
This is the chicken masala i used
Add the chicken masala
Mix well and sauté for few minutes
Add chillies
Add tomatoes
Mix well
Smash the tomatoes
Cook it covered on low flame for few minutes
Open the lid a pour little water
Mix well and you can turn of the stove now
Take 2 eggs
Boil it
When boiled remove the shells and add the eggs
Mix it well and cover the eggs in the masala
And the egg curry is ready 😀
