INGREDIENTS
Take an empty Kadai in English a Vessel
Add ghee n oil to it
Add onions and green chilli chopped
Heat the red chillis for a minute..
Grind the mixture of red chillis, coriander, cumins and garam masala to a fine powder...
Add chopped onions, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt to the Vessel of ghee and oil cook for 5 mins
Add chicken to the fried mixture....
Cook for 5-10 min in medium flame...placing the lid so that the chicken will be evenly cooked in steam inside...
Add red chilli powder...
Take 5 tomatoes
Blend the tomatoes for purée
Add tomato purée to the cooked chicken...and cook for 5-10 min
Then add fresh cream to it...then cook for 5-10 min in medium flame...
That's it Kadai chicken is ready to eat...

- 3.0 Onions
- 6.0 Green chilli
- 1.0Tbsp Ghee
- 1.0Tbsp Oil
- 1.0Tbsp Fresh cream
