In a large saucepan,fry the cauliflower florets and eggplant slices until brown ... Lay it on paper towels to absorb the excess oil
Put the chicken into water to bring it to boil
Add the cinnamon sticks and cardamom
Add the chicken stock cubes and let the water boil for 50 minutes
Remove the chicken from water then fry the chicken and leave it aside after finished
Wash rice well and place it in a bowl for an hour
Heat the oil and put the vermicelli and continued stirring until it becomes brown
Add the rice and stir it for 5 minutes
Add the spices,pepper and stir the rice
Turn off under the heat
In a large pot layer the tomato slices
Sprinkle a little bit of rice on the tomato layer
Add carrots,green peas
Arrange the fried chicken as a second layer
Make a layer of eggplant and then layer above cauliflowers
Add the rice to the pot ,filling it well and using the rice as the final layer
Add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil,turn the heat down so it's simmering
Cover until the rice is cooked ,about 40 minutes
When the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked ,set a plate or platter over the top of the pot ,and flip it upside down

- 2.0Tbsp Spice ( baharat)

- 1/2c Oil
- 1.0tsp Pepper
- Tomato slices
- 1.0Tbsp Green Peas
- 1.0Tbsp Chopped carrots
- 2.0 Chicken Stock cubes
- Chicken broth
